Learning that moves you forward
The Spark Group Learning
Continue your activities, add the evidence requested and keep track of feedback and progress.
Assessed work route
Continue with the targeted evidence workshop activities your trainer sets. Do not enter final assessed answers or evidence into the old learner workbook unless Shaz confirms that route is cleared. Google Classroom may be used for private feedback, learner goals and file uploads, but it does not replace your authoritative course and evidence record.
Active course
Welcome, induction, Units 1-5, evidence uploads, assessor feedback, resubmission and EV preparation in one learner record.
More learning
Any other courses assigned to you will appear here and remain separate from your Digital Skills work.
Always available
Safeguarding, support requests, learner goals and workplace progression sit alongside the course without becoming assessment decisions.
Reusable course template
A new course uses the same dependable structure without mixing its learner records with Digital Skills.
Course information, safeguarding, support, goals and accessibility preferences.
Qualification units, learning outcomes, assessment criteria, guidance and learner activities.
Answers, files, screenshots, assessor decisions, actions and resubmissions remain together.
Course progress, attendance/GLH and EV/IQA preparation are clear but kept as separate records.
Create the course record, add its units and activities, enrol the learners, assign the trainer/assessor and publish when QA is complete. The same learner login can open every course they are enrolled on.
Guided learning hours
Confirmed classroom, live-online and approved tutor-led catch-up sessions.

I have told my trainer where I received help or support, and I understand that my assessor will review my work and evidence before completing the assessment decision.

Connect completed course activities to real workplace tasks and transferable skills.
Agree practical actions such as a CV update, application, interview practice, employer conversation or referral.
Record the learner’s destination, next course, workplace outcome and agreed follow-up date.
